Digital Products

All products sold on NeuralSnooze are digital downloads (wall art JPG files and sleep guide PDFs). No physical products are shipped.

Refund Eligibility

Due to the nature of digital products, we generally do not offer refunds once the product has been downloaded. However, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. You may be eligible for a refund in the following circumstances:

  • The digital file is corrupted, defective, or not as described
  • You experienced a technical error that prevented you from accessing your download
  • Duplicate purchase of the same product
  • You have not downloaded the product and the request is made within 48 hours of purchase
